Lessons Learned
摘要
Using CML integration in EFL learning involves a variety of teaching strategies, including comparative media studies, multimodal text analysis, and group projects. These strategies seek to develop students’ critical thinking and language skills, equipping them to negotiate the complexity of media and cultural diversity successfully. Simultaneously, integrating CML into EFL requires a supportive cultural and structural atmosphere within educational institutions. This framework embraces fostering cultural awareness, ensuring diverse media access, encouraging technology equity, evolving comprehensive curricula, providing ongoing teacher professional development, cultivating collaborative learning communities, and engaging stakeholders. This endeavor is necessary to maximize the integration of CML, improve the approaches of instruction, and create learning settings that support the development of students’ media literacy and critical thinking skills.
