Myocarditis has emerged as a rare but significant adverse effect of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, predominantly affecting younger males. The pathophysiology of vaccine-related Myocarditis remains under investigation. Prompt recognition and management of Myocarditis are crucial. Healthcare professionals should maintain a high index of suspicion for Myocarditis in patients with symptoms suggestive of cardiac involvement, irrespective of COVID-19 infection or vaccination status. Thorough clinical assessment and diagnostic testing, including cardiac biomarkers and imaging studies, are imperative. Continued research is warranted to elucidate myocarditis mechanisms and develop targeted preventive strategies.
