This chapter is dedicated to the drugs which are included in the Class V of antiarrhythmic agents—“Other drugs” according to the Singh-Vaughan-Williams classification, namely digoxinDigoxin and adenosineAdenosine. The third drug which will be discussed in this chapter, atropineAtropine, found its place in the Sicilian Gambit classification of antiarrhythmic drugsAntiarrhythmic drugs in the section of drugs targeting receptors. IsoproterenolIsoproterenol is the only drug which is not included in any classification of antiarrhythmic drugsAntiarrhythmic drugs because it is not a pure antiarrhythmic drugAntiarrhythmic drugs, but a molecule with properties which gave it a place in the protocols of management of cardiac arrhythmiasArrhythmias.
