Antiarrhythmic Drugs in Inherited Arrhythmopathies
摘要
Inherited arrhythmiaArrhythmias syndromes are uncommon genetic disorders that predispose apparently healthy individuals to sudden cardiac arrest and death. These conditions are frequently associated with gene mutations encoding cardiac ion channels and related proteins, leading to primary electrical disorders. Additionally, they may manifest in the context of hereditary cardiomyopathies resulting from mutations in cardiac structural proteins. Collectively, these syndromes may contribute to 15–20% of all cases of sudden cardiac deathsSudden cardiac death (SCDs).
