摘要

The shift to the Clean Energy Transition (CET) in parallel with the rapid development of technology, has led to significant changes in higher education (HE), prompting a paradigm shift in teaching and learning approaches to meet the demands of the digital age and the CET. This study investigated the everyday lived experiences, practices and challenges of HE instructors and students in CET studies to shed light on the essential skills required for the CET sector. Through a systematic approach, 22 relevant papers were selected from a pool of 322 articles retrieved from various databases. The findings offer insights into the complexity of CET education, shedding light on effective student-centered instructional design practices, and highlighting the importance of collaboration and hands-on experiences for students and instructors. Both soft and technical skills were found to be essential. Challenges revolved around technical constraints, time allocation, and pedagogical issues, while opportunities included improving teaching efficacy and student engagement.
