The Acknowledgment of a Statute of Procedural Guarantees of Third Parties in Criminal Proceedings in ECHR Law: The Contribution of the European Court of Human Rights

This study deals with the protection of third parties in criminal proceedings within the perspective of ECHR law. Having provided a notion of third parties within the scope of ECHR law, the analysis will focus on the contribution of the European Court of Human Rights to the recognition of a statute of procedural guarantees for individuals involved in various ways in criminal proceedings.
