Brachial Plexus, Combined Supra- and Infraclavicular Exposures (Pan-Plexus Exposure)
摘要
To achieve this exposure, there are three ways to deal with the skin: two separate incisions, one horizontal in posterior triangle and one in the deltopectoral groove, connect the two previous incisions, or Z-shaped incision with the cranial limb along the posterior border of sternocleidomastoid. There are three ways to deal with the clavicle: left in place, one osteotomy, or two osteotomies creating a window. The posterior divisions of all three trunks arise more cranial than their corresponding anterior divisions.
