Pauselius, Erna (1908–1989)

Erna Pauselius worked at the ‘Kinderfachabteilung’ at the Landes-, Heil- und Pflegeanstalt Schleswig in Hesterberg, part of the Schleswig-Stadtfeld hospital complex. A total of 216 children aged up to 16 years died at these facilities between September 1939 and May 1945. After the war, Paulselius was allowed to continue practicing medicine. She was never charged.
