Bluhm Agnes (1862–1943)

Agnes Bluhm started studying medicine in Zurich in 1884 as one of the first female students allowed into medical school. Alfred Ploetz convinced her of the concepts of racial hygiene which she then promoted in Germany. In 1906, she co-founded the ‘Racial Hygiene Society’ in Berlin.
