Integrated Lattice Structures in Additive Manufacturing: Design and Optimization of Compliant Robotic Grippers
摘要
This study presents the design and optimization of a compliant robotic gripper featuring integrated lattice structures. By incorporating these lattices within the gripper fingers, we aim to maximize mechanical advantage and adaptability, creating regions with tailored mechanical properties for enhanced compliance and grasping capabilities. Our design process combines advanced modeling techniques with finite element analysis to create intricate yet optimized geometries. This research highlights the potential of integrating advanced design techniques to create high-performance compliant grippers suitable for additive manufacturing.
