In light of the increasing integration of artificial intelligence technologies globally, understanding its impacts in the context of Jordanian service organizations becomes crucial. This research focuses on the multifaceted impact of artificial intelligence on corporate performance in the Jordanian service sector, with a particular focus on financial and non-financial dimensions. Using a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design, primary data for the research were collected from a random sample of 258 financial managers in service companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. An analytical approach based on structural equation modeling was followed to test and evaluate the hypotheses. The research results revealed a decisive positive role for artificial intelligence in the performance of companies, especially expert systems with the greatest impact. This research contributes to growing knowledge about the role of artificial intelligence in organizational effectiveness, provides practical insights for Jordanian service organizations and serves as a basis for further research in similar contexts. The study findings hold implications for strategic decision-making, policy formulation, and responsible deployment of AI technologies in the pursuit of optimal corporate performance.
