Impact of User Interface Attractiveness on the Willingness to Use Artificial Intelligence Among SMEs
摘要
Despite the important role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the economy and their significant contribution to economic development strategies in Jordan, there is a noticeable gap in understanding how SMEs can effectively incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The main objective of this research is to identify the factors that influence the acceptance of AI technology in SMEs, with a specific focus on the impact of the user interface's attractiveness. To achieve this objective, the study employs the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework in conjunction with the Artificially Intelligent Device Use Acceptance (AIDUA) framework. The results support all of the proposed assumptions, indicating that in the context of SMEs, the attractiveness of the design of the AI interface plays a crucial role in shaping user expectations and emotions. The inclusion of AI technologies is driven by these essential factors.
