The Impact of E-Banking Services Quality Dimensions on Customers Satisfaction: Empirical Study

The goal of the study was to determine how customer satisfaction in the Arab Bank was affected by the tangibility, reliability, safety, responsiveness, and empathy aspects of the quality of electronic banking services. 418 bank clients made up the study sample, and data were collected using a questionnaire. 95% of the 398 questionnaires that were recovered were completed, after removing the surveys that could not be analyzed, 371 questionnaires were examined, yielding a 93% analysis rate. The findings revealed that customers are generally happy with the quality of the bank's electronic banking services, with customers giving the highest ratings to security, because the bank follows, verification policies that make the clients feel safe. On the other hand, clients express their satisfaction with the empathy variable as one of the dimensions of banking quality. According to the study, the quality of the electronic banking services offered has a considerable impact on customers’ satisfaction, and the response variable is the most important in obtaining satisfaction. The outcomes revealed that the tangibility variable is the least impact for achieving client satisfaction among the other variables. The study recommends the bank should find a mechanism to respond to emergency cases of the bank's customers immediately, and to increase attention to their problems.
