Electronic Human Resource Management Systems: A Systematic Literature Review
摘要
In the time of new developed technologies as well worldwide networks, electronic Human Resource Management e-HRM has gained increasing common practices over different types of organizations, thus this topic has more interest among the research community. This study through a Systematic Literature Review SLR synthesize and analyzed the articles in different databases, such as Scopus, Web of Science, Proquest, and Google Scholar on the e-HRM over the recent decades with an aim to support the future research directions in the topic of e-HRM. The study conducted a comprehensive review of many selected publications that showed the benefits from e-HRM are critical and significant for organizations. And e-HRM can be operational as well transformational aspect. Through the years, the debates have shifted from the operational into strategic outcomes, thus, realizing the benefits is significantly associated to the effective and successful e-HRM implementation. The critical factors impact e-HRM adoption and outcomes were multi-dimensional including human, technological, and organizational. The current research examined addressed the different related aspects of e-HRM and the determinants with great details to highlight the growing research need for future empirical research.
