Competition Law and Privacy: A New Interface
摘要
This chapter explores the emerging relationship between competition law and data privacy, highlighting three theoretical perspectives: integrationist, separatist, and value pluralism. It argues that while there is potential overlap, existing theories lack practical guidance, and complex cases involving both areas require new analytical approaches. The chapter concludes that privacy considerations could influence competition law assessments, despite their differing scopes of applicability.
