Jewish Neighbours in the Memories of Non-Jewish Eyewitnesses
摘要
This chapter discusses the images of Jews in the memories of their non-Jewish neighbours before, during, and after the Holocaust, the shifting meanings of the ‘us-them’ dichotomies expressed in those memories, and the relation between the memory of non-Jewish eyewitnesses and the contents of the collective Holocaust remembrance in Slovakia.
