Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Performance: A Moderating Effect of Work Status in Restaurant Employees in Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)

This research aims to examine the relationship between employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior among restaurant employees in the city of Aqaba, focusing on the moderating effect of work status. Design, procedure, and strategy: This section presents the current study's methodology. Along with the data collection technique, research population, and sample, it also includes the research model, operational definitions of the study's independent and dependent variables, and research hypotheses. Results: To get the research results, the β symbol represents the distinct input of each predictor (independent variable) to the model, provided that all other predictors remain constant. Practical implications: This study aims to focus hotels on their employees for professional development and excellence in work. It does this by focusing on the most crucial elements of customer satisfaction and the human factor in the workplace, which is the foundation of productivity. Originality/Due to a lack of Individuals who exhibit exceptional organizational acquiescence are more stable at work because they are less likely to skip or quit.
