摘要

Finnet Indonesia is a startup company in Indonesia which operates in the fintech sector. The company will carry out several initiatives to explore growth opportunities for digital payment services in Indonesia. This research aims to calculate the business value of Finnet Indonesia and measure its potential to become one of the unicorn companies in Indonesia. This research is descriptive and quantitative. The method used to calculate business value is the calculation of potential value, including the scope of assessment (entity level and product level), assessment (conventional assessment and startup assessment), and required metrics. Benchmarking and company positioning are also used to compare Finnet Indonesia, with similar comparisons in the market and market mapping used to identify the company's position in the industry. Calculating the value of the business and referring to the company's short-term and long-term plans results in reverse valuation potential, namely the contribution of new businesses or products with higher growth rates and margins or exploration of business potential with higher growth based on analytical benchmarks. Finnet Indonesia wants to know the current value of the business and measure its potential to become one of the unicorn companies in Indonesia.
