Literature Review: Analysis of Creative Performance of Employees in Government in Indonesia

The aim of this research is to identify new variables that are either unexplored or understudied in the context of officer creative performance, thereby enabling the identification of the most accurate variable for official creative performance in government contexts. The research methods employed in this study include literature reviews and library searches using databases. Officials are still doing very little research, both in Indonesia and abroad, so this research topic needs to be developed. Some of the variables that emerge from the review literature include internal relationships within management, such as those between superiors and subordinates, and behavioral variables among peers, such as peer relationships and peer help. ticularly, the focus of the research is on government organizations.
