Readiness for Changes: Islamic Spirituality and Human Capital Perspective

This paper aims to explore the influence of the concepts of Islamic spirituality and human capital. There has been empirical evidence on the effects of spirituality and human capital on knowledge sharing, organizational innovation and employee readiness. Several studies on spirituality and human capital show a positive relationship in achieving employee readiness. However, developing a robust and comprehensive theory on employee spirituality and human capital is essential. Comprehensive studies on spirituality and human capital support the scientific revolution theoretically and practically, especially in a country with a majority Muslim population.
