摘要

The current military environment can cause stress for individuals, affecting both their mental and physical health. While certain individuals heal rapidly from traumatic experiences, others endure long-term issues that take time to overcome. Some of the personnel have been requesting psychological consultations in the last five years. Further research is needed, particularly in the military, to better understand the implications of these elements on personnel well-being and resilience. This research is a quantitative, cross-sectional study. Samples were taken from all members of the research population, namely 150 personnel who had been assigned to conflict areas and were currently assigned to the Indonesian Air Force Procurement Service at Cilangkap Headquarters. Data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS-3.2.9. The results show that digital technology and employee well-being are the factors that directly influence personnel resilience. Employee wellbeing is influenced by digital technology.
