Environment of the European Council
摘要
Although the European Council provides more detailed and more frequent strategic guidance for the EU, little is known about its internal functioning and processes beyond the body’s Rules of Procedure. The following chapter aims to provide additional organisational details about the functioning of the European Council, from the preparatory stage to the actual meeting, summarising the main characteristics of the environment of the European Council.
