摘要

After clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the current situation of the patient’s face, profile, and dentition, the surgeon must decide which treatment procedure will be necessary. The surgical plan, which contains the actual corrections to the facial skull, serves as a guide during surgery and as a prediction of the final result. In bimaxillary surgery, the three-dimensional analysis is used to prepare for surgery, because this is the only way to achieve predictable and postoperatively controllable results.
