This chapter is about Arab criminal organizations that became leading actors in the Israeli underworld in the 2020s and presents empirical cases of several criminal families in villages in the Galilee, Jaffa, and the Triangle area. It goes on to analyze differences and similarities in criminal activities and structures as well as the complex relationship between Israeli Arabs and the state.
