Uncivil Leaders
摘要
This chapter describes uncivil leaders. Incivility is a big problem globally. Unlike bullying, incivility has an ambiguous intent to harm the subordinate. This leader has a moderate amount of empathy. Their empathy circuit temporarily turns off and lets them behave in a hurtful manner toward them. Uncivil leaders are the most common bad leaders on the spectrum. Incivility leads to job dissatisfaction and decreased employee well-being and affective commitment to the organization.
