摘要
In a world that is becoming more globalized, organizations that are leading from the front and utilize the cultural diversity of their landscape in business have become crucial to the success of organizations. This article explores the effects of translation studies on enhancing leadership effectiveness in multicultural organizations while discussing the causes of successful communication, the issues involved, and solutions. I'll discuss the topic in depth by analyzing how culture affects leadership and the way cultural intelligence helps to overcome the communication barriers in cultures, dissociate the issue from man-made obstacles that can be surpassed with a variety of strategies and non-verbal communication, and the way technology supports leaders and professionals in their use of it and relies on it to improve their lives. When supported by current research, the conclusion states that translation studies are a significant field of study that promotes leadership abilities in a multicultural context. The potential for collaboration and the creation of interesting interdisciplinary conversations is also emphasized by promoting the value of transparency and the widespread dissemination of linguistic and language support tools that are already in use. This article is also pertinent to scholars, professionals and leaders who must promote multiculturalism in their personal, environmental and professional lives.
