  • Alalddin Al-Tarawneh

摘要

Today, the importance of communication skills is increasing, this is essential for cross-border management and global leadership. As a result, this dissertation focuses on the impact of translation on communication in cross-cultural situations, using a comparative and argumentative approach to epistemology. The focus is on the significance of the communicative effect, how translation studies can be employed to enhance cultural management strategies and leadership development across cultures. With a comparative epistemology, which involves the fundamental principles of scientific investigation, the main question of this research is whether or not Translation Studies can have a role in the comprehension of business communication from a cultural perspective that primarily concerns management. In fact, from management to negotiation to conflict management and other specializations, having the appropriate cultural contexts is crucial and helps to inform the leadership. A topic of interest that provides a lot of insight into how translation studies can help contribute to the management of cultures and lead to global leadership training is the lived experiences of cross-cultural managers and leaders around the world. Overall, this portfolio of research attempts to combine internal disciplines in a relevant way. Ultimately, the purpose of cross-cultural communication is to highlight the benefits of this approach; the globalizing influence of globalization and the inevitability of the significant challenges to cross-cultural leadership and management among professionals and students alike. To investigate other potential research topics that could have a significant impact on translation as a crucial aspect of leadership emergence, its development, and the way it facilitates global cultural management.
