摘要

The study aims to provide a structured overview of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices using bibliometric analysis. It seeks to trace the evolution of HRM theories and practices, understand their interconnections, and identify influential works and emerging trends. The goal is to offer insights that can guide future research priorities, policy development, and assist HR practitioners in implementing evidence-based strategies. Utilizing VOSviewer v.1.6.20 and the Web of Science (WoS) database, the study explores trends in HRM practices from 2004 to 2024. The findings enhance understanding of HRM's role in organizational strategy and its multidisciplinary nature, which could influence future academic programs and research agendas. Additionally, the results can help HR professionals refine their strategies by integrating sustainability and technology, ensuring that HR practices meet current global and environmental demands.
