The Interaction Between Objective and Translation in Creating Oriented Discourse
摘要
This article aims to analyze how ideological impact affects the translation of aim-oriented discourse and its influence on accuracy. Ideally, news media should present information in an objective manner, allowing individuals to form their own opinions. However, translation goes beyond language and plays a significant role in shaping individuals’ perceptions of the western hemisphere. This article argues that translation is used as a manipulative tool with specific aims. It also highlights the dialectical relationship between translations and the anchoring of ideas, where each has a reciprocal effect on the other. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the interaction between ideas anchoring and its impact on translation. The manipulation of aim-oriented discourse production is greatly influenced by idea anchoring. The political samples that have been extracted also provide a broader view of aim-oriented and idea-based editorial stance, which in turn leads to inaccuracies and mistranslations. It is crucial to differentiate between intentional mistranslation and mistranslations that occur due to the translator's lack of skill.
