Key Themes and Future Directions in Transformational Leadership: A Bibliometric Study

Transformational leadership is crucial in today's rapidly changing business environment, requiring leaders who can inspire innovation and manage evolving challenges. However, the application and impact of this leadership style across different organizational and cultural contexts are not fully explored. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the development and impact of transformational leadership within organizational behavior. The methodology involves bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software and the Web of Science database, analyzing 2,200 publications. This approach focuses on article titles over several years to map out trends, key themes, and the distribution of research across global institutions.
