摘要
The study's objective was to investigate the influence of transformational leadership on the excellence of organizational performance in Jordanian social security institutions. To gather data for this research, a questionnaire was utilized and distributed to 160 subordinates within the study's sample. Ultimately, 129 questionnaires were retrieved, and following the exclusion of two incomplete submissions, the analysis was conducted on 127 complete questionnaires. The study's findings revealed a statistically significant and positive impact of transformational leadership on the achievement of organizational performance excellence within Jordanian social security institutions. In light of these results, the study's recommendations include an emphasis on leaders nurturing a team spirit among their subordinates, as this is anticipated to positively affect the accomplishment of work-related goals. Additionally, it is suggested that leaders pay close attention to understanding the emotions and sentiments of their subordinates and adhere to principles of equality and equal opportunity when interacting with everyone.
