摘要

This research quantitatively explores the relationship between green human resource management practices and aspects of servant leadership in commercial banks in Jordan. This is done through the use of a questionnaire designed to provide perceptions of human resource management practices and servant leadership behaviors, with data collected from 225 employees in commercial banks across Jordan. Data will be analyzed using SEM techniques to examine the direct and indirect effects of human resource management on servant leadership. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between human resource management practices and servant leadership in commercial banks in Jordan. In particular, the adoption of green HRM initiatives, such as environmental training programs, green performance evaluation, and sustainability-oriented leadership development, has been shown to positively influence servant leadership behaviors among organizational leaders. This study provides a rigorous quantitative analysis of the relationship between HRM and servant leadership in the context of commercial banks in Jordan and provides applicable insights for enhancing HRM practices as a means of developing servant leadership among leaders and employees, which promotes sustainable organizational growth and development.
