摘要

This research examines the effects of Gamified Human Resource Management (GHRM) on job performance within IT startups in Jordan, focusing on motivation, engagement, skill development, collaboration, recognition, and innovation. It assesses how GHRM influences these performance dimensions amidst the unique socio-cultural and organizational settings of Jordanian IT startups. Employing a survey of 400 IT startup employees and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analysis, the study finds a significant positive impact of GHRM on job performance. Recommendations for IT startups include integrating game-like elements into HR processes, tailoring GHRM to fit organizational goals and culture, providing ongoing training, and establishing recognition systems. The findings offer both theoretical insights and practical guidelines for enhancing HR practices in Jordan's dynamic tech sector, helping leaders and HR professionals build a more effective workforce and achieve organizational success.
