摘要

This study aims to clarify the concept of administrative contracts of an international nature and their types and legal nature it has the means of resolving disputes arising from it, and it examines the legal problems raised by the subject of administrative contracts of an international character, especially with regard to the legal nature of these contracts and what is the law applicable in the event of a dispute over these contracts. Are they subject to the provisions of international law or administrative law or are they subject to According to the rules of private law, and by researching the Jordanian legislation on this type of contracts, it was found that the Jordanian legislator did not subject this type of administrative contracts to the control of the administrative judiciary, and therefore these contracts are subject to the provisions of private law and the control of the ordinary judiciary, and in the context of the search for alternative means to resolve disputes related to this Type of Contracts There are no explicit provisions in Jordanian legislation that allow resorting to arbitration.
