摘要

In recent years, hacking has garnered significant attention from linguists, particularly regarding its correlation with linguistic strategies in computer-mediated communication and their efficacy in conflict resolution and decision-making processes. This paper delves into the intricate mechanisms of linguistic strategies employed in written communication to facilitate successful conflict resolution and their pivotal role in decision-making contexts. Through an analysis of various linguistic strategies and their manifestations in content, this study aims to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of successful conflict resolution, transcending mere acts performed by participants. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of comprehending the nature of conflicts to effectively identify and address their sources. Furthermore, the paper explores the nexus between language and successful decision-making, highlighting language’s dual function as both an expressive medium and a persuasive tool. By shedding light on these dynamics, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the interplay between language, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes.
