Investigating the Dynamic Relationship Between Economy, Anthropology, and Management in the Context of Global Business Landscapes

Organizational success in the complex and ever-changing world of business environments will require a detailed comprehension of how the economy, anthropology, and management are interrelated. Our current research explores these various aspects of relationships as well as their influence on operating businesses within a global context. By analyzing critical issues such as cultural intelligence, adaptability to dynamic economic conditions, and diversity management strategies, this paper aims to outline key competencies needed to excel in global business environments. The use of a qualitative approach, along with the review and analysis of relevant literature, will be employed to understand how economy, anthropology, and management are dynamically connected. From the findings, cultural intelligence, strategic versatility, and inclusiveness take center stage in empowering organizational competitiveness and furthering global development, which is sustainable in nature.
