Thematic analysis is conducted on the basis of literature consisting of research articles, government reports and policy documents, after a thorough literature review. The results demonstrate the complexity of demographic challenges, such as an aging population and changing workforce dynamics, and their implications for the financial feasibility of social security. The study also examines public attitudes towards social security, illustrating varying perceptions across income groups and political persuasions, underscoring the importance of ensuring the continued effectiveness and public acceptance of social security. The study contributes to the scientific discourse on social protection policies by shedding light on insights that will inform efforts to strengthen and sustain social protection initiatives.
