Intersections of Social Security: Legal Frameworks, Economic Impact, and Policy Implications
摘要
A mainstay of social well-being, social security guarantees protection and support to individuals and families at their most vulnerable moments. By using qualitative methods in this study that combine a descriptive literature review with analytical tools, the author takes us through an exploration of the complex network governing social security, which begins with an examination of its legal framework, economic influence, and policy implications. To examine issues including an aging population and a labor market that is perpetually changing, as well as to recognize bright sides for enhancement. Through the appreciation of legal, economic, and policy dimensions influencing one another, the authorities can adopt measures aiming at creating a life-supportive society.
