摘要
This research develops a framework for estimating HR analytics adoption in Jordanian businesses using the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model. It aims to empirically analyze the factors influencing HR analytics technology adoption, focusing on technological, organizational, and environmental drivers during the implementation phase. Utilizing a quantitative approach, structured questionnaires were distributed to 233 HR professionals in Jordan’s technology sector. The study examines technological aspects like the usability and effectiveness of HR analytics tools, organizational elements such as management support, HR capabilities, and culture, and environmental factors including regulatory pressures and market competition. SEM analysis assessed the impact of these factors on HR analytics adoption. The findings contribute to a comprehensive framework predicting HR analytics adoption, emphasizing the role of technological readiness, organizational capabilities, and environmental conditions in shaping adoption decisions. This research provides valuable insights for companies looking to leverage HR analytics for enhanced decision-making and competitive advantage in Jordan’s evolving business landscape.
