Effect of the Electronic Archiving Quality on the Employee's Performance of Global Logistics Companies

This study investigates how the quality of electronic archiving impacts employee performance in Jordan's global logistics companies. Using a quantitative approach, data from 317 employee surveys were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results reveal a significant positive correlation between electronic archiving quality and employee performance, indicating that efficient archiving systems enhance productivity, accuracy, and satisfaction. Specifically, streamlined archiving processes reduce errors and improve information access, enabling employees to fulfill their duties more effectively. This research contributes empirical evidence to the relationship between electronic archiving quality and employee performance in Jordan's logistics sector, offering insights for enhancing organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
