The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the strategic management of human resources and the organizational performance of companies that provide technological information services in the Prishtina Region. Managers representing various hierarchical levels or proprietors of technological information service enterprises, falling within the age range of 18–65 years, with diverse educational backgrounds and professional experiences, were the participants in this research. These participants were located in the Region of Pristina. A total of 114 respondents or technological service-providing companies took part in the study, exhibiting variations in workforce size and duration of operation in the market. The survey employed a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, consisting of three sections: demographic inquiries aimed at the participants, statements reflecting six strategic management methodologies, and statements reflecting organizational performance. Responses to the inquiries were assessed utilizing a Likert scale. Through the analysis of regression, it was determined that the utilization of strategic management of human resources, including recruitment and selection processes, internal pathways for professional growth, employee involvement, structured training programs, formal performance assessments, as well as motivational schemes, all have a beneficial impact on the overall operational effectiveness of technology information companies within the Prishtina Region.
