Concrete Benefits of Tool-Supported Social Collaborative Learning: A 2CG® Case Study
摘要
This paper explores the effectiveness of a non-sponsored, art-inspired online educational program offered annually as an Advent Calendar from 2018 to 2023. The program, conducted over six iterations, consisted of a 4-week social collaborative initiative facilitated through various applications and platform solutions. Its primary goal was to promote the development of human capabilities across cultures, disciplines, and organizational hierarchies. Using qualitative analysis, this case study examines the impact of customized art-inspired content and the role of technological advancements on the program's outcomes over the six-year period. While the initial version of the Advent Calendar did not incorporate AI, the latest iteration introduced an artificial voice component. The analysis identified three key trends: The findings highlight the diverse potential effects of extracurricular creativity programs, ranging from fostering 21st-century skills to driving cultural transformation.
