This chapter provides a perspective on the resilience of organizations with political and societal changes induced by European integration and partnership with the EU, a critical approach focusing on the concerned organizations’ actors and stakeholders. These people, finally, have to execute, politically, the “project” with their involvement in more or less complex organizations. The identitary issues are central in perspective. It is necessary to take into account the political projects of organizations, associations, companies, and administrations, especially considering the progress of administrative institutions in the framework of democratic developments. Based on the conceptual approach presented in this chapter, it would be useful to carry out more in-depth research into specific organizations affected by European integration processes, partnerships with the EU, or faced with major and dramatic crises such as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

摘要
