Navigating the Intersection of Industry 6.0, Quantum Computing, and Disaster Management: Consumer Insights and Technological Impact
摘要
This study explores the convergence of Industry 6.0, quantum computing, and disaster management, emphasizing their combined impact on consumer behaviour and technological advancements. Industry 6.0, characterized by intelligent and autonomous systems, integrates with quantum computing to enhance predictive capabilities, data processing, and real-time decision-making. This study investigates the potential for enhancing disaster management through predictive analytics, IoT sensor networks, robotics, and blockchain technology. It also explores consumer opinions on these technologies, focusing on acceptance, perceived benefits, privacy concerns, and factors influencing trust. Using a mixed-methods research design, the study surveyed 301 individuals who experienced a disaster in the past five years, integrating formal questionnaire data and in-depth interview insights. The research reveals significant consumer interest and perceived benefits, as well as privacy concerns that influence the adoption of these technologies. By addressing both technological potential and consumer perspectives, the study provides a holistic view to foster resilience and efficiency in disaster response and recovery.
