Artificial Intelligence and International Trade Law
摘要
Artificial intelligence (AI) and international trade law intersection presents complex challenges and opportunities. As AI significantly transforms how trade is conducted, who conducts trade, and what is traded, the impact of AI on international trade must be considered distinct, though related, from that of digital technologies in general. This chapter explores whether our current legal landscape sufficiently covers cross-border trade involving AI. It provides an overview of the relevant rules that govern and affect transnational trade with AI components and discusses that the existing trade laws, which were drafted when AI systems were not as advanced as they are today, do not adequately address the challenges these technologies pose.
