Evaluating Readiness Indicators for Embracing HR Analytics in Nepalese Organizations

HR analytics refers to the utilization of statistical techniques, modeling approaches, and thorough examination of variables associated with employees with the aim of enhancing business outcomes. Presently, it plays a pivotal role in orchestrating all corporate endeavors to align with strategic objectives, thereby gaining a competitive advantage. This research delves into the factors that contribute to the readiness for implementing HR analytics within Nepalese organizations. For the purpose of this investigation, a self-administered survey was employed to gather data from 305 h managers, who were deliberately chosen from a diverse array of organizational types. An innovative approach was employed to analyze the data, involving the utilization of ANOVA Post Hoc Test within the IBM SPSS software. The findings of this study indicate that the scrutiny of employee-centric data, cumulative experience as a human resource manager, the extent of technological integration within the organization, internet accessibility, and the proportion of technologically adept employees all emerge as significant factors affecting the preparedness to adopt HR analytics. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of directing organizational attention towards enhancing technical infrastructure and recruiting individuals possessing analytical proficiencies. These measures are imperative to facilitate the seamless adoption and effective utilization of analytics tools.
