The community services play a crucial aspect in delivering mental health care. Some pioneer countries acknowledge this fact, setting out that their national health systems should develop new and integrated models of primary and community mental health (National Health Service (NHS), 2019a, b). So, it is very important to know how the social worker using these systemic glasses could help both the patients and the rest of the primary care team in this therapeutic process. In our study we could only set aside a single session to this target.
