From a humble and less pretentious perspective than the aforementioned UCSF San Francisco General Hospital Family and Community Medicine residency programme, in this chapter, we would like to outline our shorter and less pretentious educational programme. What is common to these two schemes is that they are each firmly grounded in a systemic and relational orientation to health and health care. Our professional-training programme is aimed at empowering and enhancing primary care professionals’ resources when treating especially mild mental disorders from a normalizing and preventive perspective.
