Spintronic Device Applications of Voltage-Controlled Magnetic Anisotropy
摘要
This chapter discusses the fundamental concepts, recent advances, and research opportunities related to the voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy (VCMAVoltage control of magnetic anisotropy (VCMA)) effect in spintronic devices. After introducing the concepts of VCMAVoltage control of magnetic anisotropy (VCMA) and inverse VCMAVoltage control of magnetic anisotropy (VCMA) in magnetic heterostructures, we present several electrical measurement methods used to characterize the VCMAVoltage control of magnetic anisotropy (VCMA) effect. The remainder of the chapter then focuses on device and circuit applications of VCMAVoltage control of magnetic anisotropy (VCMA), including memory devices, probabilistic bits, physically unclonable functionsPhysically unclonable functions, voltage-controlled magnonic devices, and voltage-controlled skyrmionSkyrmions-based computing devices.
