摘要
As clocks struck midnight, thus turning the calendar to April 7, 1933, legal beer returned to many parts of the United States for the first time since Prohibition fell across the nation in January 1920. This short chapter is meant to whet the reader’s appetite by offering a glance at how the nation welcomed the return of legal beer after more than 13 years of its Prohibition.
